RECEPTION & CHECK IN
Welcome to the Parkhotel Kurhaus.

To protect our guests and employees, a plexiglass pane is installed at the reception. At check-in, you will receive a freshly disinfected ballpoint pen from us. The room cards are also disinfected.

RESTAURANT SERVICES
We will greet you at the restaurant entrance for all meals and ask you to wait until we accompany you to your table. During weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., we offer you our breakfast buffet. In the evening we serve a 3-course menu with a choice of main course or we offer a buffet service according to our Chef’s planning. Dinner is served from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. We also offer coffee, cakes and snacks during the day and our bartenders will be happy to serve you an aperitif, cocktails and other drinks at the bar.

YOUR ROOM
Your room has been carefully cleaned and disinfected for you. All handles, light switches, hangers, telephones, remote control, all surfaces and general items have been disinfected. Our housekeeping staff pay attention to personal protection as well as working with appropriate cleaning agents. Every room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after departure.

THE IN-HOUSE SAUNA
Our in-house sauna is available exclusively for you upon reservation and according to availability. You can reserve your preferred time slot at our reception desk. After each use, the sauna and the lounge area are thoroughly sanitized by our cleaning staff.

THE CRUCENIA THERMAL BATH
Crucial thermal baths are accessible.

YOUR MEETING
We will reserve a conference room of the appropriate size for you.

All our meeting rooms have natural light and windows that allow regular ventilation.

HYGIENE MEASURES
The cleaning and disinfection plan was drawn up by us and coordinated with the requirements of the authorities. Hand sanitizing stations are distributed in sensible places throughout the house. The cleaning intervals are increased. All rooms are also regularly disinfected. All door handles, handles and handrails are also regularly sanitized. All cleaning agents are compliant to legislation requirements.
